Left Lancet: The candidate having been raised to the degree of a Master Mason is being welcomed into The Scottish Rite Masonry.
Right Lancet: Fourth degree - Secret Master - The duty of secrecy and silence.  The fourth degree emphasizes duty, fidelity, integrity, and the necessity for secrecy in all confidential relationships.

Proverbs 20:19 A gossip betrays a confidence;
                          so avoid a man who talks too much
               11:13 A gossip betrays a confidence, but a
                          trustworthy man keeps a secret.

This window shows Daniel praying in the lion's den where he was thrown as a punishment for worshipping the true god.  His prayers are answered and the lion makes no attempt to harm him, thus illustrating the lesson of the degree.
