Left Lancet: Ninth degree - Master elect of nine - Be not led away by an excess of zeal.

This degree reminds us that through the ages man has searched for God in many ways and worshiped Him in many tongues, but that universal worship is found in service to our fellow man.

Psalm 119:139 My zeal wears me out, for my enemies ignore
                         your words.

This window depicts Moses breaking the first set of tablets of the Ten Commandments when he descended from the mountain and found his people worshipping the golden calf.

Right Lancet: Tenth degree - Master elect of Fifteen - to the cause of free thought, free speech, free conscience.

The tenth degree teaches that a violator of his obligations and commitments will not go unpunished and, further that excuses, rationalizations, and other evidence of lack of repentance, will very likely increase the severity of the penalties.

I Peter 2:16 Live as free men, but do not use your freedom as a
cover-up for evil; live as servants of God.

Balaam, the Prophet, is shown raising his stick to strike his ass, urging him forward, while an angel behind him unknown to Balaam, hold back the ass.  In the shield is a symbol for the tenth degree, a hand raising a dagger.
